So, while around these parts I’m known as Alissa Grosso, I have another name I go by as well, and that’s Aunt Ali. I’m the proud aunt of two amazing kids. One of them is my 13 year-old nephew Lars who is a super talented artist. I fully expect him to create his own comic book or graphic novel one of these days. In the meantime, though he has been busy creating all sorts of amazing artwork.
He’s also is in the process of raising money to pay for his big 8th grade field trip. It’s a weeklong trip with stops in New York City, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. With a little help from his mom (my sister) and myself he’s created some t-shirts and sweatshirts featuring his artwork that are available for sale on Amazon.com. Lars will receive $5 from the sale of each shirt to help fund his trip.
