Special edition of Awkward Author this week as I’m celebrating the launch of my first fully self-published novel. You’ve heard me talking about Unnamed Roads for awhile now, and I’m happy to report it’s finally out!
I also talk about the royalty statements I recently received for one of my traditionally published books, which are terrific encouragement for venturing into self-publishing, if you ask me.
And finally this week, I’m introducing a new segment called the Author Income Report, which will be a monthly report on what I’m earning as an indie author. Not too much to report yet, but spoiler alert even in this first monthly Author Income Report it’s a lot more than I made in six months on a traditionally published book.
